Refund policy
When creating our garments combining perfect match with quality of fabric and model contemporary style we always think about you to feel confident and enjoy wearing it. However, if you would like to exchange the purchased product for another or return it, please contact us by e-mail: hello@grand-duchess.com and we will help you. You can also use this e-mail to write to us if you have any further questions.
Please note that the goods can be changed / refunded if:
- the item has been purchased on the E-shop, which is available at the following addresses: www.grand-duchess.com or www.grand-duchess.lt;
- the request for item exchange/ return has been received by e-mail: mail hello@grand-duchess.com no later than in 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product;
- If the size, color is not fully satisfied with your purchase or if you just want to make replacement of item, it can be exchanged to an item of the same value. If you wish to exchange to a cheaper product, we will refund the price difference. If exchanging to a more expensive product, the customer has to cover the price difference. In case of exchange, we will deliver the product free of charge.
- Upon receipt of the returned / exchanged item, we inspect and evaluate it. If it meets the requirements set by us, i.e. the returned/ exchanged product is not worn, unwashed, unimpaired, undamaged, with all labels, then we inform the customer by e-mail that his request has been granted and:
- in case of return – we return the money within 5 working days from the day of receipt of the returned goods;
- in case of exchange – we send another item within 5 working days from the date of receipt of the item for exchange.
- Gift coupons are non-refundable. If a gift coupon was used to pay for the returned goods, a new gift coupon is issued to the Buyer, the value of which is equal to the returned amount of the goods or the Good is exchanged to another one.
When the Buyer returns a quality item, its return costs will be paid by Buyer.
If a defective product is returned, the return costs does not cost the Buyer – these costs are covered by the Seller.
